Katie Brown, MA, CCC-SLP

Owner & Speech-Language Pathologist

Katie specializes in treating adults with neurological impairments affecting communication and cognitive function. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University at Buffalo. She is licensed in the State of New York and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Her clinical interests include TBI, stroke, aphasia, and cognitive disorders.

Katie believes in helping adults reclaim their communication to maintain their social lives and strengthen their interactions with family and friends. Her dedication to evidence-based practice and person-centered care sets her apart from other SLPs. Katie’s compassion and ability to connect, allow her to build trusting and collaborative relationships with her clients. She goes above and beyond making sure her clients and their families feel comfortable and have answers to their questions.

In her free time, you can find Katie practicing yoga, enjoying books on her front porch, and spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and dog.

Sarah Morgan, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Sarah received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from SUNY Fredonia and is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Sarah was born and raised in Syracuse but moved to Buffalo to begin her career as a speech-language pathologist.

As a speech-language pathologist, Sarah specializes in helping adults with cognitive and communication disorders. Her clinical interests include aphasia, TBI, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease. Sarah believes that building personal relationships is key to effective therapy. By getting to know each client as an individual, she tailors her approach to meet their unique needs, fostering a supportive and trusting environment. Her goal is to make therapy not just effective, but also enjoyable. When not working, you can find Sarah baking, trying out a new coffee shop, and spending time with her fiance and dog. 

Annie Rabe, MS, CCC-SLP, CDP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Certified Dementia Practitioner

Annie received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from SUNY Buffalo State. Originally from Syracuse, Annie has lived in Buffalo for 9 years. Since graduation, she has spent her time pursuing the many diverse avenues of speech pathology, including acute care, subacute rehabilitation, and home care. Annie is most passionate about the adult neurogenic population, specifically working with language and cognitive impairments.

Annie believes in developing strong relationships with her clients and family members as the foundation for successful therapy. She strives to provide person-centered therapy to aim for the most functional treatment outcomes across all clinical populations. Annie is licensed in the State of New York and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner through the National Council of Dementia Practitioners.

Aleah Milks, MA, CF-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow

Aleah recently received her master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University at Buffalo and is currently completing her clinical fellowship year. During her graduate studies, Aleah recognized the local need for specialized services for adults with neurogenic disorders. This made NSS the perfect place to start her career! 

Professionally, she is most passionate about working with adults with complex communication needs. Her clinical interests include neurodegenerative diseases, aphasia, TBI,  and the use of AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) to supplement speech. She believes in using multimodal communication to promote independence and participation paired with functional therapy techniques to improve her patient’s quality of life.

Tiana Magnan, MA, CF-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow

Tiana recently graduated with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from the University at Buffalo and is currently completing her clinical fellowship year at NSS.** During her graduate studies, Tiana identified a need for compassionate, patient-centered care for adults with communication challenges, which drives her dedication to helping them regain and enhance their communication abilities.

Professionally, Tiana is passionate about helping people get their voice back, particularly those with neurogenic disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. She strives to integrate voice therapy with the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, TBI, and aphasia. Tiana is dedicated to improving her patients' quality of life through functional, evidence-based therapy that empowers them to communicate more confidently and effectively.

Delaney Grieco, MS, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Delaney is a licensed speech-language pathologist with a special interest in voice and voice disorders. She attended SUNY Fredonia initially as a music major and received a Bachelor of Science in Speech & Language Disabilities and Master of Science in Speech Pathology. She has worked in various medical settings, including skilled nursing, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation since 2008.

After college, she performed locally as a singer-songwriter and has several credits to her name as a songwriter and publisher. She later completed training as a singing voice teacher with New York Vocal Coaching in New York City. She has focused much of her post-graduate clinical coursework on the treatment of voice disorders. Delaney loves being able to blend vocal artistry and voice science every day while working with her patients.

Olivia Colgrove, MS, CCC-SLP

Administrative Assistant & Biller

Olivia earned a Master’s in speech-language pathology from SUNY Buffalo State in 2015 and was working with the birth to 5 population before transitioning into an administrative role at Neuro Speech Solutions. She has enjoyed learning a new skill and helping support the clinicians at NSS. In her spare time, you can find Olivia reading, exploring a new country, or cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
